Sable Hills Eco Park is a very unique property development. Sable Hills is also a Birder’s paradise and in addition boasts incredible fishing opportunities with no less than 28 species recorded.
GAME MANAGEMENT
The diversity of its eco system, coupled with its typical Waterberg topography, allows for a vast variety of species to be kept on Sable Hills Eco Park. The introduction of new and additional breeding stock, along with sound scientific management of existing herds will ensure that in the very near future additional income be generated from this source for the benefit of the Home Owners Association.
BOATING & FISHING
Fancy some water sports in the morning and fly-fishing in the afternoon? Or take a sundowner cruise on the pristine waters of the Mokolo Dam that lies at your doorstep. The fast flowing Mokolo River will offer you the opportunity to fish for species like yellow fish, kurper and bass on fly rod.
HIKING TRAILS
Different routes and trails have been identified and laid out across the property, each offering unique encounters, vistas and experiences. Your camera will make an essential companion on these excursions.
